Breathe… gently.
Feel the eternal rhythm rise within you.
In the stillness, Torah’s wisdom becomes a whisper—
“Be still and know that I am God.” (Ps. 46:11)
The ancestors taught that breath is the first teacher,
the bridge between body and spirit.
And the Tanakh agrees:
“The soul of man is the lamp of HaShem.” (Prov. 20:27)
Let your inhale be a return.
Let your exhale be a release.
Here, Native earth-wisdom, Jewish soul-light,
and the quiet awareness of Eastern practice
meet in harmony—honoring the One Source
without idolatry, without illusion.
Sit.
Breathe.
Remember who you are.
You are dust and divine breath.
You are guided.
You are held.
