Shalom Children Of G-D!
Welcome Back To #Season6 Of…..
Marie Speaks G-D’s Grace Bible Study.
Now I have posted videos reading the Psalms on our Youtube and Rumble and IG social media pages, but this seasons goal will be something more in depth, more G’W terminology filled, and G’W applicable to one’s life.
So as we…..
Along with the terminology of Tehillim 53 we will also be growing in our Hebrew and Jewish terminology Word of the Week….. Outcry

There is no doubt in my mind we will be equipped and passionate about truly living a Torah and Tanakh filled life each and every season of our life and therefore, enriching the lives of those we love and come into any form of contact with throughout this lifetime.
Today’s Lesson
This lesson, we will learn the terminology of Tehillim/Psalms 53 and expand on that terminology in the video lesson that will be uploaded or broadcast live.
The BLOGs are written to assist those just beginning to study the Tehillim / Psalms as a starting point. The Live or recorded Bible Studies are to cover and release opportunities and guidance, but ultimately it is one’s own personal responsibility to rule, govern, and be purposeful in their relationship with G-D. Both the BLOGs and video lessons are meant to be coupled in order to joyfully complete a well-rounded and complete learning opportunity baseline.
This is only the beginning and a possibility of growth.

Before reciting the Psalms
Blessings Before Reciting Tehillim / Psalms
Why prayer before reciting Tehillim/ Psalms?:
Before we recite Tehillim / Psalms, it is for the benefit of the one engaging in praise to center their hearts and mind focus solely on the words they are preparing to recite. One is preparing themselves to remove the worries and cares of each day, and be solely in the presence of the Almighty, Blessed be He.
The specific relevant content for this request, if necessary, delimited with characters: Therefore, we as an adoring bride and loyal subject to the Only Living G-d, Our King, our source, and among other beautiful aspects of our respect for our Father, the Creator of the Universe and everything therein; we aim to concentrate on Him and Him alone.
Before we begin the Study of the Tehillim / Psalms, reciting the Blessing/Prayer, we are fulfilling a mitzvah or sacred tradition on the merits of those Blessed Great Leaders who served HaShem with a joyful heart, and will, and might.; Blessing HaShem, of Glory and Truth’s beautiful Torah/Tanakh.
A Mitzvah is defined basically as:
- A commandment of the Jewish law.
- The fulfillment of such a commandment.
- A good, just, and / or worthy deed.
As I play the video during the Live or uploaded lessons, please try and focus on the words being recited and center oneself in the present moment. This can be difficult at first, but after some time and or many lessons, there is no doubt in my mind that we both achieve our accomplished goal, preparedness in the presence of HaShem.
Centering oneself may come easier to some than to others, be patient with oneself. It’s ok.
Just breathe.
Before each video lesson:
I want to do my utmost to ensure I am not leading others into improper practices. I want to ensure I repeat the Blessings before reciting the Psalms to HaShem, Our Merciful Father. We will play the after the Psalms Prayer at the completion of each video lesson.
Let Us Begin With Today’s Lesson!
1. Tehillim 53 Bible Study
53 Koren Jerusalem Bible Translation
To the chief Musician on Maĥalat, A Maskil of David.
The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They have acted corruptly, and they have done abominable iniquity: there is none that does good.
God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of discernment, that did seek God.
Is every one of them dross? are they altogether filthy? is there no one who does good? No, not even one.
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread: and do not call upon God?
There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God has scattered the bones of him that encamps against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God has rejected them.
Oh that the salvation of Yisra᾽el were come out of Żiyyon! When God brings back the captivity of his people, Ya῾aqov shall rejoice, and Yisra᾽el shall be glad.
I want to focus on a couple of words through out the Psalm so we can possibly gain a clearer terminology of what is being Praised about having an active relationship with our Creator.
What is a Maĥalat? What is A Maskil ?
Mahalat is defined as a sad song sung during an illness or grave sickness, but not simply a sickness of the body. This sickness or illness (G-D for bid) could also be a sickness of will, spirit, or even soul.
The name Mahalath: Summary
MeaningSicknessSad SongDancingEtymologyFrom the noun מחלה (mahaleh), disease, from the verb חלה (hala), to be weak. From the noun מחלת (mahalath), which possibly denotes a kind of sad song. From the noun מחולה (mehola), dance, from the verb חול (hul), to writhe.Related names• Via חלה (hala): Halhul, Hali, Helah, Hellas, Mahlah, Mahli, Mahlon, Meholathite• Via חול (hul): Abel-meholah, Abihail, Aharhel, Ben-hail, Havilah, Helam, Helem, Helon, Hilen, Holon, Hul
The name Mahalath in the Bible
Mahalath is the name of two women in the Bible:
- A daughter of Ishmael (Genesis 28:9).
- A granddaughter of David, who becomes the wife of Rehoboam (2 Chronicles 11:18).
This name is identical to a musical term found in the headings of Psalm 53 and Psalm 88.
A Maskil is defined as :
A title of honor used principally in Italy. The word “maskil,” with the meaning of “scholar” or “enlightened man,” was used by Isaac Israeli, who died in 1326.
But in some places “maskil” meant one who held a secondary rabbinical position corresponding to that of dayyan.
It may be said to correspond to the title “Morenu” among the German Jews; it is considered inferior to the rabbinical title “ḥakam”.
“The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They have acted corruptly, and they have done abominable iniquity: there is none that does good.”
With this next paragraph after describing what emotional or spiritual state the author is and the author’s expertise in the matter of discerning, the author is pointing out “the fool says there is no God”.“`
The author is communicating His troubled heart that many are denying the existence and eternal presence of the Blessed Holy One, over the whole earth. This presence is surrounded even down to the individual, but a fool can never recognize that the joys or woes of this world and our experiences come as allowed by the Only One G-d, HaShem.
Due to the fool’s denial and refusal to turn to G-d and His Holy Torah, Laws and Ordinances, this fool willingly, or even unknowingly, gives their will, mind, efforts, and means to engaging, promoting, or even coaxing others to live wicked, abominable lives along with them. The fool, having supporters in their abominable lifestyle, has no fear of consequences or retribution.
Why should they?
The fool has support and a cheering crowd hanging around and joyfully being foolish right along with them.
“God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of discernment, that did seek God.”God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any man of discernment, that did seek God.
Is every one of them dross? are they altogether filthy? is there no one who does good? No, not even one.
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread: and do not call upon God?”
G-d, being amazing and all knowing searches with compassion for a small source of good within the souls of the collective fools. Simular to the discussin between Abrham and G-d in the Book of Genesis ch 18: 16-33 as it is written:
And the men rose up from there, and looked toward Sedom: and Avraham went with them to bring them on the way.
And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Avraham that thing which I intend to do;
seeing that Avraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the Lord, to do justice and judgment; that the Lord may bring upon Avraham that which He has spoken of him.
And the Lord said, Because the cry of Sedom and ῾Amora is great, and because their sin is very grievous;
I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come to Me; and if not, I will know.
And the men turned their faces from there and went toward Sedom: but Avraham stood yet before the Lord.
And Avraham drew near, and said, Wilt Thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
Perhaps there are fifty righteous within the city: wilt Thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?
Far be it from Thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, far be it from Thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?
And the Lord said, If I find in Sedom fifty just men within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.
And Avraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak to the Lord, who am but dust and ashes:
perhaps there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt Thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And He said, If I find there forty five, I will not destroy it.
And he spoke to him yet again, and said, perhaps there shall be forty found there. And He said, I will not do it for the forty’s sake.
And he said to him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: perhaps there shall thirty be found there. And He said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there.
And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak to the Lord: perhaps there shall be twenty found there. And He said, I will not destroy it for the twenty’s sake.
And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: perhaps ten shall be found there. And He said, I will not destroy it for the sake of the ten.
And the Lord went His way, as soon as He had left speaking to Avraham: and Avraham returned to his place.
Unable to find even one soul righteous, not perfect, but righteous within a foolish society or group etc…. G-d resolves that He has (for righteousness sake and justice) in order to preserve the good and maintain His promises, will fulfill His word.
“There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God has scattered the bones of him that encamps against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God has rejected them.”
II Samuel 3:39
And today I am weak, even though anointed king; those men, the sons of Zeruiah, are too savage for me. May the L ORD requite the wicked for their wickedness!”
Ezekiel 33:12
And thou, son of man, say unto the children of thy people: The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not…stumble thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall he that is righteous be able to live thereby in the day that he sinneth.
G-d, rejection is of the wicked.
Seeing in His great wisdom, certain wicked ones will never return to Him. And more often than not, many wicked aim to take the righteous off the path of Torah. Certain righteous souls are far too precious to risk. Certain anointed ones are far too valuable for the greater good to allow to be tempted. And most certainly, those who have been faithful (not perfect), but faithful, G-d will surely avenge any evil ones who attempt to derail them off the path or assignment of righteousness.
In the closing paragraph:
“Oh that the salvation of Yisra᾽el were come out of Żiyyon! When God brings back the captivity of his people, Ya῾aqov shall rejoice, and Yisra᾽el shall be glad.”
Upon the destruction of the wicked the righteous rejoice!
Why?
Why rejoice at the destruction of the wicked?
The righteous are not joyful the the wicked have been brought to justice. No. This is a false teaching.
The righteous, because of the fulfillment of G-d’s word. Because stays truth to His covenant, even if it pains Him. G-d, with the destruction of the wicked, has allowed the opportunity for the righteous (not perfect), but righteous can live in peace. The righteous don’t have to worry about sending the kids off to school. The righteous won’t have to worry about going to see a movie or shopping at a mall or school supply shopping. The righteous can have His peace and be free to worship Him in Joy.
Omayn and Omayn.
When one acknowledges G-d as their complete source in all aspects of one’s life, they enter into a covenant with the Blessed Holy One.

Ya’er Adonai panav elecha veechuneka
Yeesa Adonai panav elecha viyasem lecha shalom
“The L-d bless you and keep you;
The L-d make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The L-d lift up His countenance upon you,

FOR THOSE THAT ARE NEW TO THIS BIBLE STUDY.
Welcome, the following is a brief review of this Bible Study.
1. This BLOG post will have the resources and sources links for the Season 6 Bible Studies.
2. All Books used and Readings from during Live Bible Study can be found on Our Website: Marie Speaks GOD’s Grace. Live in the Bible Study Blogs portion of the website.
3. After Live Bible Studies have completed: I will upload to Rumble and Youtube, and post link in this BLOG. How we conduct Bible Studies here:
We believe in One and Only One G-D. HaShem; The G-D of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. We do not and will not Pray in any others name or Praise any other, but HaShem.
Exodus chapter 20: 2-14.God spoke all these words, saying:I the LORD am your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, the house of bondage:You shall have no other gods besides Me.You shall not make for yourself a sculptured image, or any likeness of what is in the heavens above, or on the earth below, or in the waters under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I the LORD your God am an impassioned God, visiting the guilt of the parents upon the children, upon the third and upon the fourth generations of those who reject Me, but showing kindness to the thousandth generation of those who love Me and keep My commandments.
We believe G-D has called each of us to search matters out. (It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, And the glory of a king to plumb a matter.Like the heavens in their height, like the earth in its depth, Is the mind of kings—unfathomable. Proverbs 25:2 -3)
This is one reason why here at Marie Speaks G-D’s Grace Bible Study, we review several historical references and resources, of which we provide links and or screen shots for others to study at their leisure. We have been directed by G-D Wonderful and Almighty, to go Book by Book, Verse by Verse; sharing HIS Torah and Tanakh. We believe as directed by G-D Our Heavenly Father, learning and growing in Torah and Tanakh leads to understanding and wisdom; this shall only be achieved in reading, studying, and sharing HIS Word for ourselves; not relying on man.
Learning, growing, and studying with OUR L-D is to be done with others that are like minded, but more so during our personal time.
The BLOGs are written to assist those just beginning to study the BIBLE as a starting point. The Live or recorded Bible Studies are to cover and release opportunities and guidance, but ultimately is ones own personal responsibility to rule, govern, and be purposeful in their relationship with G-D.
Proverbs 22: 4 thru 6The effect of humility is fear of the LORD, Wealth, honor, and life.Thorns and snares are in the path of the crooked; He who values his life will keep far from them.Train a lad in the way he ought to go; He will not swerve from it even in old age.
Ezekiel 18: 20 thru 22The person who sins, he alone shall die. A child shall not share the burden of a parent’s guilt, nor shall a parent share the burden of a child’s guilt; the righteousness of the righteous shall be accounted to him alone, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be accounted to him alone. Moreover, if the wicked one repents of all the sins that he committed and keeps all My laws and does what is just and right, he shall live; he shall not die.None of the transgressions he committed shall be remembered against him; because of the righteousness he has practiced, he shall live. Is it my desire that a wicked person shall die?—says the L-d G-D. It is rather that he shall turn back from his ways and live.
May HaShem, Blessed be He, continue to Bless us all and may we all be forever written in the Book of Life. O’Amein and O’AmeinA little about me: I love HaShem, TORAH, and Tanakh!!!!! I am not perfect!!!!
If we meet: We talking about Torah, drinking tea or coffee, and what books are out about HaShem! And maybe over some kosher pizza… maybe over some kosher steak…make over super sweet kosher cake ……. have a fun laugh about you guess it… Torah! Or on a bike, or during a hike, or while riding on a train in the rain as the rain falls nicely on the plain in Spain….., but either way…..We’ll be talking about TORAH!!!!
What is import to me:……..A relationship with Our Father HaShem, Our Merciful Creator, Savior, and Wise King. Live in Torah, live with Family and community of Tribe.
My thoughts: We may not be perfect, but we study, we learn, we laugh, & we grow; we try try and have the courage to try again.
My goals: To learn, and grow, and share Love of Torah in HaShem with others who are willing or open to hearing. HaShem is my refuge, my strength, my confidant, and my true resting place.I have been using the minds.com account and Rumble (Live Bible Study video Post: Rumble )as main accounts.
Lastly, NEVER LOSE FAITH, Hope, and have Courage!!!!Let’s continue to Fear and Love HaShem like a משיח and Pray.
PRAY FOR OUR NATION, enemies, fellows, and many lost Sons and Daughters of Torah to return to HaShem, Blessed be He, for ever and ever Amen. HaShem is with me … I shall not be afraid!!!!!
Blessings and Prayers.
with Love truly,
Marie
