Dear Readers,
As we begin gearing up for the return in Season 8, I wanted to stop in and simply say hello.
So… Hi! đź‘‹
I also wanted to give everyone an update on what we’ve been up to during this sabbatical year.
Apparently, my plans for “rest” were laughed at.
What I thought was going to be a quiet season of rest turned into what I can only describe as an active rest. A season of creating, learning, healing, building, and growing in ways I never expected.
It all started with writing my book, The Many Lives She Has Lived, currently scheduled for self-publication in January 2027. The process of writing my memoir, The Many Lives She has Lived, scheduled for publication in January 2027. The book explores the layered seasons of her life—examining transformation, resilience, identity, and the reclamation of personal authority. Blending memoir, dream reflection, cultural observation, and hard-earned insight, The Many Lives She has Lived traces how adversity and awakening can shape not just survival, but legacy.
Through every platform and project, Rheena’s work remains centered on growth, discernment, and the courage to live intentionally—guided by conscience, integrity, and a commitment to personal responsibility.
As I worked on the manuscript, I found myself thinking:
“Wouldn’t it be nice if this book had a soundtrack?”

That simple thought led me to Suno AI and the world of music creation.

So now we are having music released officially on 23 streaming platforms and stores since about April 2026.
From heartbreak ballads and cinematic storytelling to Southern grit, nostalgic romance, survival anthems, and late-night confessions — these songs have become more than music to me. They started as lyrics, journal pages, emotions, memories, and moments I never expected would one day become fully realized tracks shared with the world.
Video edits and visual releases for the songs are scheduled throughout across YouTube, Rumble, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
To everyone listening, sharing, encouraging, reposting, commenting, and supporting this creative journey — thank you. Truly.
A huge part of this joy is not only seeing my dreams come to life by putting my lyrics to music, but discovering that others connect with them too. That means more to me than words can properly explain.

Before I knew it, what started as writing a book had grown into creating a soundtrack, producing AI music, developing videos, and exploring entirely new forms of storytelling and creative expression.
Alongside the blogging, reading, studying, researching, and writing, I’ve spent this season building a musical companion to the book while learning the worlds of AI media, music production, and digital publishing.
What surprised me most is that this journey became something much deeper than a creative project.
In many ways, it became a healing journey.
What some people call shadow work.
What I would call learning, growing, reflecting, and discovering parts of myself I wasn’t expecting to meet.
This season has been challenging at times. There were moments of uncertainty, moments of stretching beyond my comfort zone, and moments when I wondered what in the world I had gotten myself into.
But it has also been one of the most rewarding seasons of my life.
First and foremost, I want to thank G-d for allowing me to see this day and for guiding me through every step of this journey.
I also want to thank each and every one of our subscribers.
To those who have been here since Season 1 and are still walking alongside us—thank you.
