Hi Again, Dear Readers!
I’m back with another wonderful update!
Yes, so soon.
You’re welcome.
Anyhow, many of you know that I am currently writing my memoir, The Many Lives She Has Lived, scheduled for publication in January 2027.
The book explores the layered seasons of my life—examining transformation, resilience, identity, and the reclamation of personal authority. Blending memoir, dream reflection, cultural observation, and hard-earned insight, The Many Lives She Has Lived traces how adversity and awakening can shape not just survival, but legacy.
Through every platform and project, my work remains centered on growth, discernment, and the courage to live intentionally—guided by conscience, integrity, and a commitment to personal responsibility.

Now that we’ve gotten the shameless publicity out of the way…
Let’s talk about the real reason for this blog.
One Idea Leads to Another
Writing this book has been one of the most unexpected journeys of my life.
First, I wanted to write a memoir.
Then I thought:
“Wouldn’t it be nice if the book had a soundtrack?”
That led me to AI music.
Then I thought:
“Wouldn’t it be nice if people could actually listen to the soundtrack?”
That led me to streaming.
Then I thought:
“Wouldn’t it be nice if there were videos to go with the songs?”
That led me into the world of AI video.
At this point I have learned a very important lesson:
Never ask yourself, “Wouldn’t it be nice?”
Because apparently my brain treats that phrase like a legally binding contract.
Enter Suno AI
For creating music, I have been using Suno AI.
And honestly?
I’ve had a blast.
The platform is easy to use, beginner friendly, and incredibly fun.
I’ve been able to create songs that help tell the story of my book while also exploring different genres, styles, and creative ideas I never would have attempted otherwise.

Yes, if you use the link, I earn credits.
And yes, this is my completely shameless attempt to earn said credits.
No regrets.
My Long-Term Relationship with Movavi
Now let’s talk video.
I’ve been using Movavi since around 2017.
That is practically a long-term relationship in software years.
I genuinely love Movavi.
For beginners, I think it is one of the easiest video editing platforms available.
The learning curve is reasonable.
The interface makes sense.
And most importantly…
It doesn’t make me want to throw my computer out a window.
That alone deserves an award.
Then Opus Walked Into My Life
Recently I decided to try Opus Pro.
And let me just say…
WOW.
Opus showed up like:
“Oh, you’re making videos? That’s cute.”
Meanwhile I’m sitting there watching it work and thinking:
“Excuse me, sir…”
The speed.
The automation.
The ability to transform content.
The overall workflow.
I was genuinely impressed.
Now I have a problem.
A serious problem.
A dramatic problem.
A completely unnecessary but emotionally significant problem.
The Great Creative Dilemma
Do I continue using Movavi?
Do I switch to Opus?
Do I use both?
Do I become one of those people with seventeen different subscriptions and no idea what’s happening anymore?
These are the questions keeping me awake at night.
Okay, maybe not keeping me awake.
But definitely making me stare thoughtfully at my coffee.
At the moment, I’m leaning toward using Opus for future book-related videos and promotional content as we get closer to publication.
The automation and speed could be incredibly useful.
But I still enjoy the flexibility and creative control that Movavi gives me.
Which brings me right back to my dilemma.
So I Need Your Help
I’ve already created a couple of videos using the Opus free trial.
Now I want your opinion.
Should I:
✔ Continue using both platforms?
✔ Move completely to Opus?
✔ Stay loyal to Movavi?
✔ Accept that I am incapable of making simple decisions?
Let me know in the comments on YouTube and Rumble.
Seriously.
I want to hear what you think.
Videos will be set to go public on June 10, 2026 at 6:10 PM

Final Thoughts
One thing I’ve learned during this sabbatical season is that creativity rarely follows a straight line.
What started as a memoir became a soundtrack.
The soundtrack became videos.
The videos became new skills.
And those new skills became entirely new opportunities.
It’s been challenging.
It’s been rewarding.
It’s been healing.
And most importantly—it has been fun.
Thank you all for continuing to follow this journey.
Thank you for reading.
Thank you for listening.
Thank you for encouraging me to keep creating.
And if you’ll excuse me, I need to go stare at Movavi and Opus for another hour while pretending this is a rational decision-making process.
With love,
Rheena Velia
