Use this worksheet to explore your current spiritual role, reflect on your season of growth, and identify next steps in alignment and responsibility.


Part 1: Discovering Your Active Role

Instructions: Read each archetypal role below and check any that resonate with your current life season. Add notes about why it resonates.

Reflection Questions:

  • Is my current role aligned with my inner values?
  • Am I holding a role longer than its season?
  • Which role challenges me the most right now, and why?

Part 3: Strengths and Shadow Awareness

Instructions: Each role has a light (positive) and shadow (challenge) side. Identify your current tendencies:

Part 4: Daily Alignment Exercise

Instructions: Use these prompts daily or weekly to integrate awareness:

  3. What responsibility appears to me now that I may have overlooked?
  4. How can I serve without seeking recognition?
  5. What action today aligns with my spiritual season?

Part 5: Seasonal Review

At the end of each week or month, reflect:

  1. Did I notice a shift in roles?
  2. Did I take on new responsibilities?
  3. What lessons am I learning from service, observation, or leadership?
  4. Where am I resisting growth?
  5. How can I honor my current season while preparing for the next?

Part 6: Integration & Visualization

  • Visualization Prompt: Close your eyes. Imagine your highest expression of each archetype you resonate with.
    • How do you stand?
    • How do you move through life?
    • What responsibilities feel natural?
    • What do others notice?
  • Integration Prompt: Write a letter from your future self, fully embodying your next season, offering guidance to your current self.
